MAM Care was founded to provide specialist support for children and young people with complex needs and the families who care for them. Built on lived experience, clinical expertise, and a deep understanding of the care system, we are dedicated to delivering safe, consistent, and compassionate care at home, in education settings, and through key life transitions.

MAM Care was founded by Sanam, together with Rebecca, in honour of Maliyka, Azaan, and Mohammed-Hafiz. Having experienced firsthand the challenges families face when navigating complex care needs, they were inspired to create a service that truly understands and responds to each child’s unique needs.

From the very beginning, MAM Care has combined real-life experience with professional expertise, ensuring families receive care that is not only safe and skilled, but also empathetic, consistent, and tailored to their child. The mission of honouring Maliyka, Azaan, and Mohammed-Hafiz continues to guide every decision, service, and interaction with the families we support

Our team of in-house physiotherapists, nurses, and carers are highly trained to deliver complex care safely. Care is delivered with empathy, dignity, and professionalism, building trust with children, young peopl and families alike

Continuity & Transition

From home to school, and care at home to respite centres. MAM ensures continuity no matter where the child is.This applies through transition into adult services, we ensure smooth, consistent care throughout difficult journeys
